HOW TO ORDER

It is easy to order on-line, just click on the product category and follow the instructions given. We use Paypal for on-line purchases for safety and simplicity. We will confirm your order and payment by e-mail.

FREIGHT AND COST

Your order is dispatched from Hong Kong so depending on where you are, local duty and tax may apply. For Hong Kong deliveries the cost is HK$ 50.00, everything included.

For other countries, please click on Shipping and Delivery at the top of the page to see the shipping cost for your area.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

For orders received before 11.00 am on a working day we will aim to dispatch the same day or latest the next working day. We use EMS courier service for our deliveries.

For Hong Kong deliveries, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed. For other countries, please click on Shipping & Delivery at the top of the page for detailed rates and delivery times.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE

We hope that you are satisfied with our product but we accept returns within 30 days of purchase if unused, in good condition with all tags attached. Hong Kong returns are free for the first exchange but internationally you pay for the return to us. You may exchange size or colour and the delivery cost for your first exchange is free. If you wish to exchange the same product again, you pay for delivery cost.

Should a product be faulty, please notify us within 7 days. We will refund you fully once the faulty product is received or we will exchange it and send you a new product.

Refunds will be made by original payment method. Please retain proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please fill in the return / exchange form which came with your delivery and send with your returned product

PRISER & FRAKT
All priser inkluderar moms men fraktkostnad tillkommer.
Fraktkostnad inom Sverige är 85 SEK. Fraktkostnad till Danmark och Finland är 200 SEK. För Norge ar kostnaden 300 SEK, vilket inkluderar tull och hanteringskostnader.

LEVERANSINFORMATION
Får vi din order före kl 11.00 normal arbetsdag, försöker vi skicka samma dag eller senast dagen därpå. Total leveranstid är 1-5 arbetsdagar.
Din order levereras av Schenker till närmaste utlämningsställe. Du far en avi via SMS och kan hämta upp ditt paket på vägen hem.

ÅNGERRATT, BYTE, FELAKTIG VARA

Ångerrätt:
Du har självklart rätt att ångra ditt köp inom 14 dagar. Använd retursedeln du fick med din leverans och kryssa i rutan för ÅNGERKÖP. Vi återbetalar varans kostnad på samma sätt som vi fick din betalning. Fraktkostnad står du för själv. Varan skall returneras i oanvänt och oskadat skick med alla etiketter kvar. Vi kontaktar dig via e-post och bekräftar att vi mottagit leveransen samt meddelar om återbetalning.

Byte:
Du får gärna byta färg och/eller storlek inom 14 dagar. Använd retursedeln som du fick med din leverans och kryssa i rutan for BYTE. Du får själv betala returkostnad. Vi skickar den nya varan fraktfritt en gång, vill du byta samma vara ännu en gång, tillkommer ny fraktkostnad.

Reklamation:
Om du upptäcker att det är något fel på en vara du fått levererad måste den reklameras inom 7 dagar. Använd retursedel som du fick med din leverans och kryssa i rutan för REKLAMATION samt ange vad som är fel. Skulle vi mot förmodan inte vara överens och en tvist uppkommer, följer vi Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens rekommendationer.

SLUTSÅLD ELLER RESTNOTERAD VARA
Vi försöker alltid ha alla varor som finns på vår websida i lager. Om en vara är slutsåld helt och hållet skall det framgå vid beställning. Det kan dock hända att vi inte hunnit uppdatera vår websida eller att varan är på väg in. Vid sådant tillfälle kontaktar vi dig antingen via e-post eller telefon.
